Apollo's Midnight Sun captures that liminal magic in swirls of delphine blue, deep sky blue and a hint of soft purple, streaked with golden warmth and ember-bright orange. There is a hint of soft green that lends itself to more dimension and will offer beautiful transitions between colors in your projects.
 
Each skein is 80% Corriedale and 20% Gotland in fingering/sock weight yarn 400m/100g.
 
Inspired by a 15th-century illumination, this colorway evokes a Apollow, the sun god who refuses to fade.
 
Care Instructions: Hand wash using a wool detergent ideally below 30⁰C, avoid wringing and twisting. Dry flat, do not sun dry, spin or tumble dry.
 
Description: Corriedale / Gotland 4 ply is a naturally grey yarn. Corriedale wool comes from New Zealandand Gotland comes from the Swedish island of Gotland. The yarn is soft but has a slightly more rugged feel than merino or alpaca. It has some lustre and a subtle halo.
Gotland wool is naturally grey so there is always a gorgeous undertone. This yarn is an all-purpose yarn and very popular because it's warm, provides good drape and easy to work with.
