This skein inspired by a bat surrounded by gold has a little bit of bling in it. This limited edition run is mostly a smokey black with some deep brown undertones to reflect the brown on the bat in the manuscript. The golden bits will add some oomphf to your projects. It's a fun but spooky looking colorway.  
 
As an added bonus you get a mini-skein inspired by the gorgeous pink, indigo/blue and gold leaves that surround the bat. This will add a splash of color if you are making socks or a top with your batty colorway.

Bling Bat: Each large skein is 75% merino and 25% nylon. Superwash sock weight in 4 ply. 400m (437y)/100g.
Batty Leaves: Each mini skein is 75% merino and 25% nylon. Superwash sock weight in 4 ply. 80m (87y)/20g.

Description: The merino gives natural elasticity which is boosted with the nylon so you get great movement and stretch but it will bounce back wonderfully into shape. The merino fibres are not itchy or scratchy on the skin. The yarn is perfect for socks but can equally can be knitted into scarves, shawls, bags, granny squares, tops, or baby garments which will feel soft next to the skin due to the fine merino used. As this is superwash, you can wash your finished product in a washing machine. Recommended not to use water hotter than 30°C.
