This is a DK merino/donegal blend that contains some little neps (like a tweed look) but they are red, green, blue, and yellow colored. The variegated brown has both deep and reddish brown areas made with an espresso and fawn blend. The brown colorway allows the specks to stand out giving a real fancy tweed like look. And the beautiful soft non-scratchy wool will work up beautifully. 
 
Wintery Rahdeor: Each large skein is 85% merino wool and 15% donegal. Superwash DK weight. 212m (231.8y)/100g. Each package comes with Holiday charms as well. Each order will contain a pair of earrings. One set of earrings per order (not one set per skein).

Description: The merino gives natural elasticity which is boosted with the nylon so you get great movement and stretch but it will bounce back wonderfully into shape. The merino fibres are not itchy or scratchy on the skin. The yarn is perfect for socks but can equally can be knitted into scarves, shawls, bags, granny squares, tops, or baby garments which will feel soft next to the skin due to the fine merino used. As this is superwash, you can wash your finished product in a washing machine. Recommended not to use water hotter than 30°C.
