April's Colorway: Tulips Illuminated

April's colorway is a vibrant colorway based on a Black figure in an Italian, 14th-century illuminated manuscript. Our figure of inspiration is a holy man of color, the focal point of the vibrant image, kneeling and praying. He's captured in a moment of silence but also a moment of elaborateness that catches us off guard. Learn more about him in the portal section for club members.
April's base is a merino/nylon blend in fingering/sock (400m/100g). To match our yarn club, Spinners will get roving in a beautiful polwarth in a vibrant blend along with some neps to add to your spinning. You'll learn more about this gorgeous figure, get some pattern ideas for crocheters, knitters, and spinners, and receive a postcard with the figure and some info on him.
The write-up on our figure of the month will be available in the portal section (or included in your packages if you want) for members along with suggested patterns for all crafters.
